Bestest JOB in the WORLD....

I know I have said this before but being a portrait photography is seriosely the best job in the world...well second to being a mommy to my gorgeous loving babies! This past weekend I went to San Diego with 2 of my favorite photog friends for a workshop...THE SECRET WORKSHOP. It was a great weekend away from those gorgeous loving babies..LOL...and there is nothing better than talking photography all weekend long. Well...maybe coming home to my gorgeous loving babies and feeling soooooooooooooo missed and loved! I need to get away more often...lol!!!! Okay so seriousely, I have come back inspired and loving my job of being a photographer more than I ever have. Cheryl Muhr is a phenominal woman...not only is she a wonderful photographer but she is a wonderful mommy too! And boy is she funny...I just loved her personality. I also met the famous Barb Uil...you know....JINKY!!!!! And the very talented Amy Smith. They both are so sweet and humble...and it was such an honor to meet them and learn from them. I am so looking forward to where my business will go next! I hope you follow my journey!

Pictures from NOT so long ago....

These pictures were taken about 1 year ago and I came upon them by accident. I totally forgot about them and I cannot tell you how much I love them. My sister took them of me and my girls and I will be honest and say that when I first saw them I probably thought...ewww I look fat or ewww I look ugly... but I look at them now and think ...look at me and my babies. I do not have many pictures of me and my kids so I will cherish the ones I do have forever!!!!!

A new love....

Yes....my son is my love...but I have my hands on a new lens that I have fallen in love with..lol!!!!

Little Mr. L was gracious enough to allow me to photograph him...all I had to do is give him 5 licorice. I think it was a pretty fair trade :) What do you think?

A sneak peak for Miss Danielle...

I had a session this morning with the adorable Lil Miss "K" and she was such a doll. Lil Mr. "D" was a little aprehensive about showing love for his sister...but c'mon when you are almost 4 years old... all you care about is Bat Man...right? This last picture of him is a little serious but some of my favorite images are when you just capture them...they do not need to smile to look beautiful!

My little Squishy...

My little Miss "J" is full of sass and life! I just wanted share a few pictures from our short photo shoot...she does not always want to model for me...so when she does I am all over it. But I must mention, before we started taking pictures she did say to me in her adorable 4 year old voice " If you snap...I am out of here" OMG...it was hilarious!

Weddings...hmmm...just maybe....

First off, I must say congratulations to the newlyweds! They are sooooo in love...and you can just see it in every image. I hope you had a fabulous time on your honeymoon!
